You have a 14 day cooling off period and can return your item even if you have opened it for inspection. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it. You then have 14 days to return the item for a refund. The return postage will not be reimbursed. To obtain a full refund, it must be returned as new and in a resaleable condition. This means you must not use it, you should keep it in the original packaging and return it complete with all accessories. Please note that clock hands will not be refunded if the protective seal has been removed or damaged.
You may still return the item up to 30 days after receipt but the delivery cost will be deducted and return postage will not be reimbursed.
If you feel that the item is faulty and you've followed the troubleshooting advice please return it to us within 30 days of purchase. It must be returned to us with the order number and all parts. Please note that the item will be tested upon receipt and if found to be working the return postage costs will be deducted from the final refund.
If ordering via our website we cannot provide a return postage label. Please keep hold of the posting receipt and if found to be faulty the postage will be reimbursed.
Please bear in mind, we don't offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within 6 months of purchase we'll look to repair or replace the item. We may be able to offer troubleshooting advice or offer an exchange. Please note that any postage expenses will not be reimbursed.
If your product develops a fault after 6 months we may consider repair or replacement if you can show that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
The item has arrived damaged, we request that you provide proof of this (usually a photo) in order that we can lodge a complaint with the post carrier.
The wrong item has been sent, this means we've sent something different to the item description.
The item is faulty - *radio controlled movements failing to pick up a signal will not be classed as faulty.
The item has been ordered by mistake.
The item is no longer needed.
The item is damaged upon installation.
International items that have been returned to us due to failed delivery or the customer not collecting the item will not have the postage refunded.
