If your item fails to arrive and your tracking order status has not been updated, please contact us for assistance.

If your movement fails after installation, please try the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Please remove the movement from the clock.
  2. Attach the hands to the movement all point to 12 o'clock
  3. Use the winder on the back to make 2 full rotations of the hands
  4. Insert a brand-new high-powered battery and place the movement on a edge of a table so the hands are clear and can rotate without catching.
  5. Please monitor the time over 24 hours and let us know your findings.
  6. If your item is a radio-controlled movement, please check that the silver pin on the back has been removed. Please also be aware that standard movements will only support hands up to 130mm long.

All orders placed before 2pm UK time will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed before 11am on a Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after these times or over a bank holiday weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Hands are only included if advertised on the item listing, some movements are sold without hands and would not be included.

All products are brand new unless otherwise advertised.

All hands are silver backed and sometimes packed face down, please check both sides.

Please check the movement shaft for the fittings.
