All our hands are packed face down to protect them and the colour on the back of the hands sometimes differs to the actual colour of the side that will be on display.

Please note that all washers are attached to the movement when packed for safe keeping.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and not damaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. For this to happen efficiently please ensure that you include a returns slip with your name and order details. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the item is returned to us broken or damaged or parts are missing this may affect your refund and the damage may be deducted from the amount we are able to refund. Our apologies but damaged or broken hands cannot be refunded.

Please note that if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind or ordered by mistake the cost of the return postage will not be reimbursed.

Return postage will only be covered by us is if the goods are faulty on receipt or we have sent the wrong item in error. All items will be tested upon their return to us and should we disagree with the reason a report will be filed.

If we have sent the wrong item in error, we will ask for a photograph to verify this and in some instances will agree that it does not need to be returned. We will simply arrange for a replacement to be sent. Should you receive the item and it is damaged please do not be offended if we ask for photographic evidence. We need this in order to place a claim with Royal Mail.

Yes, all our products are 100% new unless otherwise stated.

Unless you choose a movement with hands and select the size and colour you require hands will not be automatically included unless otherwise stated.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery at busy times. Most orders will have a tracking number which will have been emailed to you when the order was dispatched. This can be checked on the Royal Mail Track and Trace service. Please contact us if you require further assistance.
