This Quartz clock movement runs on 4 hands. The hour, minute and second hands run at a normal 12-hour cycle. The 4th blue hand runs to the next day every 24 hours through the calendar month. Date 28/ 29/ 30 needs to be adjusted by hand. The fourth hand gradually moves to next date in the revolution from 11:00p.m. to 12:00a.m.
